As the Daniel Fast comes to a close, it is important to review the pointers in the above video by Susan Gregory for a safe transition. More importantly we need to thank God for seeing us through. Some have already made a commitment to make this their new lifestye going forward, some will main only certain aspects, while others have decided to extend the Fast for a further period.
